I've switched from basecamp a few days ago and I'm pretty impressed with FN, but I miss some little things:

1. Switch projects from a menu/popup in the header
2. Last logins in project overview
3. Person image
4. Client company logo
5. Milestones
6. MyFactory items grouped by projects
7. RSS project subscription
8. Combined view of image preview and file listing

I think you can do this already: In Administration, edit the project and check "Enable image gallery mode in Files by default".

These will be nice addons, fine if some are in the next version =)

As for the image gallery mode only images are listed and other files are missing. It would be nice if we can mixed up both by having thumbnails for images and icons for other document types.

Ah...I usually only post images. The image viewer is pretty slick (for single images). The file versioning is interesting but a little unclear for the user (e.g. for iterations of a design).

Hopefully an AJAX or Java uploader will be in soon to make it easier to exchange larger files.
