Emails are being picked up by Factory Nova - but only the sender and subject information - not the body copy.
This only seems to happen with html emails.
I've checked in IE 7 and Firefox 2.0.0.8
Is this is a common problem, or is there something wrong with my setup?

Please, start a new support ticket for this and send us a copy (or sample) of email message which FN can't pick up.
