obviously an encoding issue!

this looks like a good product but i do need to try the trial version so i can enter my own data.

any solutions welcome

I also check the PHP error log and found this:

got to the web install - - - needed to enable "short open tag"

i did read this in your documentation but i was not sure what it was!

install Complete!


now the problem is Apache Crashes when i attempt to login - this happens in both browsers listed above!

It seems that the installation was not correct at all.
Could you reinstall the Factory and try it once more?
